REASONS AND SOLUTIONS:

1. Dirty or clogged capping station

**Clean the capping station by applying window cleaner on the capping pad

Prevention: Follow suggested maintenance routine.

2. Ink build-up around the print head

**Clean build-up around the bottom of the print head with a soft damp cloth.

Prevention: Follow suggested maintenance routine.

3. Excessive ink build-up on the print head wiper assembly

**Clean the wiper blades with a damp paper towel. Prevention: Follow suggested maintenance routine.

4. Damaged print head from slamming into a shirt board

**Replace the print head. Prevention: Always check platen height.
