Some transfer papers do not have a back marking on the B paper which might make it difficult to tell what side is what. There is always a description in the instructions indicating what side of the B paper is the adhesive side, but the easiest way to determine this is to carefully tear an edge of the paper and look for what side has the thin stretchable film (adhesive). in this picture the adhesive side is the back.
