The Mimaki USA Total Care warranty and Service Agreements offer
industry-leading coverage, service and support. All products sold by Mimaki USA
are covered and many have Service Agreement upgrades available.

Mimaki USA, Mimaki Authorized Dealers and Mimaki Authorized Distributors
warrant our products, accessories and supplies against defects in manufacturing
and workmanship during the Total Care warranty period. The Total Care warranty
period begins on the installation date noted on the signed installation report.
If the installation report is not completed within sixty days (60) after
shipment from Mimaki USA, the Total Care warranty period will begin on the day
the product was shipped. This warranty is transferable to anyone who
subsequently purchases, leases or otherwise obtains the product from the
end-user purchaser. The serial number of the product must be provided to Mimaki
USA or the Mimaki Authorized Distributor/Dealer when filing a claim under the
Total Care warranty.

What is covered by the warranty?

The Total Care warranty covers any defects in material and workmanship that
arise as a result of normal use of the product.

How long will the Total Care warranty last?

Printers: 1 year minimum from the product shipping date. Many models
include additional coverage based on the sales agreement. Service Agreements
are available to provide support at the end of the Total Care warranty period.

Cutters: 2 year minimum from the product shipping date. Many models
include additional coverage based on the sales agreement. Service Agreements
are available to provide support at the end of the Total Care warranty period.

Parts: 90 days from the product purchase date or date of installation.
