AUTOMATIC MEDIA TAKE-UP SYSTEM

Loading media is a breeze, thanks to the XP-640’s automatic media take-up system. Simply move the end of the media to the position of the paper tube on the take-up unit using the control panel and secure it to the paper tube with tape.

ADD PERFORATIONS FOR QUICK AND EASY SEPARATIONS

The XP-640’s new perforated sheet cut function makes it easy to add perforations for high-volume print jobs. This exclusive Roland DG feature eliminates cutting tools and reduces post-processing work, saving space and minimizing the risk of output damage.

Save Time with Automatic Media Gap Adjustment

Free up more of your production time with automatic gap adjustment. What was previously a fully manual process that required multiple tests and adjustments is now an automated feature that uses TrueVIS optical registration technology to determine gaps, adjust, and calibrate.
