Warranty Coverage

Coverage Period: The Mutoh ValueJet 1948WX comes with a one-year, parts and labor, on-site limited warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship, with optional extended warranty plans available for up to three years.

Consumables & Maintenance: Consumable items (such as print heads, rollers, and ink) and routine maintenance parts are not covered under the warranty. Regular maintenance, as defined in the user manual, must be performed to avoid voiding the warranty.

Extended Warranty: Mutoh’s extended warranty can be purchased in one-year blocks and includes next-day service in most metropolitan areas. During this period, up to four print heads can be replaced under the extended warranty plan.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, third-party parts, or non-Mutoh inks. Environmental factors and improper installation may also void the warranty.
