Is there a minimum order?
No. GPI does not require a minimum order for standard DTF gang-sheet production. You can order a single gang sheet or larger production quantities based on your project.
How does same-day production work?
Eligible, print-ready orders are prioritized for same-day production after the order, payment, and required artwork are received. Larger orders, complex files, approval delays, equipment availability, and current production capacity can affect timing. Shipping and carrier transit time are separate from production time.
What is considered print-ready artwork?
Print-ready artwork should be final, approved, correctly sized, and prepared with the intended orientation, transparency, colors, and design content. Review the file carefully before uploading because production is based on the submitted artwork.
Is uploaded artwork considered approved?
Yes. By uploading artwork and placing an order, the customer confirms that the file is approved for production. GPI prints the artwork as submitted.
Does GPI review artwork before printing?
GPI may contact you about visible color, sizing, resolution, transparency, or other inconsistencies as a courtesy. This is not a comprehensive artwork-preflight service, and the customer remains responsible for the uploaded file.
Can printed colors differ from what I see on screen?
Yes. Colors displayed on monitors, phones, and other screens can differ from printed output. GPI may bring visible color concerns to your attention, but exact screen-to-print color matching is not guaranteed unless a separate color-matching process has been approved.
Can I request a sample or test print?
Yes. Samples and representative test prints can be furnished for businesses evaluating color, detail, application, and production fit before moving into larger or recurring orders.
How does sample-photo approval work?
