SUMMIT’s high-performance color change motor dramatically cuts down on stitch time for complex, multi-colored designs. A rigid, all-metal frame reduces unwanted flex and vibration to ensure consistent, precise stitching that is critical to commercial embroidery success.

Melco Acti-Feed™

Automatic thread tensioning not only makes SUMMIT easier to use, but is also a key part of SUMMIT’s rapid stitch speeds. Simply select a garment preset and let Acti-Feed™ deliver thread at an optimal rate based on fabric type and thickness, enabling high-speed stitching while avoiding thread breaks.

Changing Colors

A super fast-color change motor and 16 needles allow for more flexibility and faster production when stitching designs with many different colors. Further optimize large jobs by loading multiple spools of the same color and letting SUMMIT automatically switch to backup spools for longer runtime.

Intelligent File Management

Melco software generates barcoded embroidery files using our proprietary OFM format. This combines vector design details, design information, and machine settings into a single file. Simply scan the barcode on the design sheet to transfer designs to your machine. The network-stored OFM file and its settings are directly loaded onto your machine, enhancing production efficiency and minimizing operator errors.

Intelligent Machines

Along with OFM compatibility and barcode reading capabilities, Melco embroidery machines are full of intelligent features targeted at commercial embroidery performance.
