If you are a Mimaki TxF, JV100, or CJV series owner and need to replace your eco cartridge case due to damage, please follow the below instructions.

Prepare the following items:

Item code: OPT-J0361 / Item name: ECO CASE 4 (4 pcs set)

1. Weigh the cartridge case on a scale. Make sure you remove the ink pouch and IC chip (green chip) before weighing.

2. After weighing the cartridge case, set the ink bag to the cartridge case. There is a removable paper on the back of the bag that covers adhesive to stick to the cartridge case. 

3. Install the IC chip (green chip) onto the cartridge case in the same orientation showed below.

4. Insert the ink cartridge (cartridge + ink bag + IC chip) into the ink supply unit.

• Make sure you insert the cartridge with the IC chip facing the lefthand side.

5. Select [MENU] > [MACHINE SETUP] > [600cc cartridge] > [Case Weight] and press the [ENTER] key.

6. Select the ink slot number that you made the change for (in step 4) then press the [ENTER] key. Enter the weight of the eco case measured in step 1, then press the [ENTER] key.
