Jobs that require the PRINT button- such as Nozzle check, purge nozzle, or new print jobs from EKPrint Studio- the system will do a continuous loop of Print head clean and ink charge first and drain my cartridges Then green READY light and yellow WAIT start blinking and several different error messages keep displaying on the control panel. At this point the machine hangs and there is no activity. Answer: Make sure that your printer queue on the computer is cleared. Sometimes it gets confused when there are multiple actions in the queue.  OR your main controller board is bad

 The T-JET® Blazer has two models, and the Blazer Express is a compact tabletop unit ideal for printing on various items like garments, towels, and bags. It can handle image sizes up to 16.5" x 20" and suits both small and large printing jobs. The printer uses four color plus white (CMYK+W) inkjet technology, giving vibrant prints at a cost of less than 40 cents per shirt.

The Flexi-Jet is a wide-format direct-to-garment flatbed printer, known for being one of the first 4800-based models in the market. It is available in two print area sizes: the Standard ("S") Model with a 17" wide, 20" long, and 3.5" high print space, and the Extended ("L") Model with a substantial 17" wide, 53" long, and 3.5" high print space, capable of printing up to four garments simultaneously.

If your environment is more challenging select a shorter duration.  Press ENTER to save your settings    A * SAVED * confirmation message will appear on the display  Press RETURN to take you back to the PRINTER READY, SEND PRINT JOB display message.  Remember, Auto Print Head Maintenance is to keep ink flowing for a maximum of 3 days of nonuse and is NOT the only maintenance required
